FEITIÇO DO TEMPO
Hoje, mais uma vez, assisti o filme Feitiço do Tempo. E não me canso! A cada vez que assisto este filme descubro um novo detalhe. Nas minhas palestras, quando quero ilustrar o comportamento manifestado a partir de um script, ou seja, a partir de uma idéia que a força do hábito transformou em norma a ser seguida, gosto de usar Feitiço do Tempo. À primeira vista, parece tratar-se de mais uma comédia. No entanto, à medida que o enredo vai se desenrolando, percebemos o quanto de nós está ali, sendo encenado.
O filme lembra-me Chico Buarque cantando: "todo dia ela faz tudo igual"... Muda a data do calendário, o relógio marca o tempo passando, mas tudo permanece igual, dia a dia, todos os dias. Uma das cenas que gosto de explorar com os grupos é a da calçada. Metros e metros de calçada e, em um único lugar da linha d'água, existe uma enorme poça de água. O personagem poderia escolher qualquer outro lugar para atravessar a rua, mas, infalivelmente, todos dias, desce da calçada, para atravessar a rua, exatamente, no local onde existe a poça de água. E, todos os dias, enfia o pé na poça, molha o sapato e parte da perna das calças, e lança as mesmas imprecações. Seguindo o seu script, ele "sabe" que vai dar a mancada e dá. Quando eu pergunto ao grupo se eles conhecem alguém que age daquela forma, a carapuça cabe na cabeça da maioria dos presentes, em maior ou menor grau.
O grupo que estava reunido hoje preferiu trocar idéias sobre o tema " a escolha de pisar, sempre, na mesma poça d'água", o que se tornou numa rica troca de experiências. A primeira questão abordada foi: - "Por que escolhemos sempre aquele mesmo lugar para atravessar a rua?"
Sabemos ou, pelo menos, temos idéia do que é um script ou roteiro. Quem vai ao teatro, acompanha novelas, assiste filmes ou programas de tv sabe que existe uma "marcação" e uma sequëncia para as falas e comportamentos. São estes fatores que garantem o aperfeiçoamento do espetáculo, até ao ponto dos atores agirem automaticamente. Da mesma forma, no espetáculo da vida, adotamos vários scripts ou roteiros, de maneira que determinados pensamentos, palavras e atitudes tornam-se automáticos. Sabemos que resultam em mal-estar, mas permanecemos fiéis a eles, repetindo-os, reprisando as duras conseqüencias e depois se sentindo culpado ou, mais freqüentemente, transferindo a culpa para os outros.
Alguns colocam a responsabilidade na fatalidade, outros concluem que já nasceram assim. Todos queriam que fosse diferente. Queriam. É neste tempo do verbo que está a diferença. É preciso querer para que as coisas aconteçam. Querer fazer um novo filme da sua vida significa que você precisa mudar o seu roteiro atual.
Como fazer isto? Lembrando a calçada do Feitiço do Tempo, perceba que ela é enorme e que é o personagem quem escolhe sempre o mesmo local (o da poça d'água!) para atravessar a rua. No seu caso, fique atento às suas idéias e atitudes. Perceba que o universo das idéias e atitudes é vasto e que é você quem está escolhendo sempre as mesmas idéias e atitudes para a travessia da sua vida e por este motivo está sempre promovendo as costumeiras situações desagradáveis. Comece mudando de idéia. Faça um balanço da qualidade e do grau de satisfação que o seu atual script tem gerado para a sua vida e se projete para o futuro. Como você se vê lá, no seu futuro? É isto o que você quer e merece se proporcionar? Experimente, ouse, pensar diferente. Mude de calçada, faça diferente. O feitiço do seu tempo é você quem faz!
